The League shall pursue the following objectives:

1- To consolidate efforts of Maronites in Lebanon and abroad, and relay a unified Maronite message in view of spreading the rich Lebanese heritage.

2- To consolidate the foundations of belonging to Lebanon and promote national understanding based on freedom, justice, consensual democracy, respect for Human Rights and commitment to preserving coexistence of all Lebanese.

3- To preserve and defend the rights and interests of the Maronite Community, as well as the solid social, cultural and political position it enjoys in Lebanon.

4- To safeguard Maronites' dynamism and solid position in afore-mentioned sectors, within a state of righteousness committed to guarding the principles of coexistence and national understanding, and anchoring justice, consensual democracy, freedom and equality of all citizens in rights and obligations.

5- To maintain and strengthen relations of cooperation and solidarity between Lebanon, and Arab as well as friend countries which have hosted and accommodated Lebanese immigrants.

6- To promote the Christian-Muslim dialogue in line with the communication channels established among the world's religions, civilizations and populations.

7- To further build on, preserve and develop the Arab culture, in which Maronites had a major role to play in its renaissance and achievements.

8- To give the due importance to the Lebanese and Maronite Diasporas worldwide.

9- To consolidate cooperation among religious and non-religious institutions in Lebanon and worldwide, and ascertain that the Maronite Patriarchate is the League’s reference without the latter being part of its constitutional hierarchy.
