The Maronite League is composed of the following bodies:

> The General Assembly:
The General Assembly is composed of all members of the League. It elects, in single ballot elections, the President, the Vice-President and the Executive Council.

> The President and Vice-President:
The President and Vice-President of the League are elected by the General Assembly for a three-year term of office, renewable once.

> The Executive Council:
The Executive Council is elected by the General Assembly for a three-year term of office, renewable once. It is composed of the President, the Vice-President and fifteen other members. The Council elects, from among its members, the Secretary General and the Treasurer of the League.

> The Administration Committee:
The Executive Council comprises an “Administration Committee” composed of the President, the Vice-President, the Secretary General and the Treasurer. This Committee convenes at least once every two weeks and as the need arises to follow-up on activities of the League and discuss urgent matters. The Administration Committee also prepares for the meetings of the Executive Council.

> The Administrative Body:
The Administrative Body is formed upon decision of the Executive Council and proposal of the Secretary General.

> The Specialized Committees:
The League is composed of twelve Specialized Committees. Each Committee elects its president from among its members who are selected by the Executive Council from the General Assembly members, for the whole duration of the Council’s term of office.

The League’s Specialized Committees are:

1- Committee for Political and National Affairs.
2- Committee for Constitutional and Legal Affairs.
3- Committee for Economic, Financial and Technical Affairs.
4- Committee for the Lebanese and Maronite Diasporas Affairs.
5- Committee for Public Servants and Public Administrations Affairs.
6- Committee for Educational, University, Youth, Sports and Students Affairs.
7- Committee for Social Affairs and Activities, Forums and Ceremonies.
8- Committee for Health and Environmental Affairs.
9- Committee for Culture, Heritage and Dialogue among Religions.
10- Committee for Information and Media Affairs.
11- Committee for Women and Children Rights and Affairs.
12- Committee for the Lebanese Nationality.
